Inquiries, offers and purchases

All offers are subject to acceptance by Pandora Art Box. Submitting an offer does not reserve the artwork or complete a purchase. An automatic receipt confirms submission only; it is not acceptance or proof of payment. We reply by email within 2 business days, and offer discussions and decisions are handled manually.

Purchases and payments are not enabled on this website. Availability, the agreed price, payment arrangements, dispatch arrangements and applicable shipping charges will be confirmed directly before a sale and before payment. Artwork may also be offered through other sales channels. A website inquiry does not lock inventory or guarantee availability.

Artwork descriptions

Review the individual artwork description and photographs before purchasing, and contact us if you need clarification or additional photographs. Screen settings can affect the appearance of colors. This does not change the confirmed description of the artwork being sold.

The current Jozza paintings are in perfect condition, are signed at the lower-right corner and on the back, and include a certificate of authenticity issued by the artist. They are gallery-wrapped, with the painting continuing around the canvas sides; no frame is needed. We do not offer framing services. We guarantee the authenticity of all Jozza paintings offered here. The authenticity concern process is set out in Shipping & Returns.

Shipping, inspection and returns

Our Shipping & Returns policy explains included shipping, quoted destinations, inspection, approved returns and refunds. Returns are limited to damage, incorrect artwork or authenticity issues. No change-of-mind returns are offered, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Report damage or discrepancies within 72 hours after delivery, with photographs of the artwork and packaging. Authenticity concerns must be reported within 5 business days after delivery, explaining the concern and providing available supporting documentation. These are separate reporting periods. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Appropriate use and privacy

Use the website for lawful purposes and provide accurate contact information. Do not submit spam, impersonate another person, use someone else's contact details without authorization, or attempt to access nonpublic systems or disrupt the website. Do not submit payment-card details through the inquiry form.

Our Privacy Policy explains the information the form collects, email delivery through AgentMail, retention and how to make a privacy request. Sending an inquiry or offer does not sign you up for marketing.

Artwork rights and website content

Artwork copyrights remain with their respective rights holders. Buying a physical artwork does not by itself transfer copyright or reproduction rights. The supplied Jozza photographs are used with permission; their display is not a claim that Pandora owns the underlying artwork copyright or officially represents the artist.

Pandora's copyright notice applies only to original website content in which Pandora holds rights. Artwork, photographs and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights. Use or reproduction must be authorized by the relevant rights holder or permitted by applicable law.
